Ordered 4 pairs of medium fried crabs and 3 crab egg rolls. Total waste of $44. The egg rolls lacked crab and they are really the size of lumpia. They didn't taste like anything. The fried crabs were old, mushy crab meat and not cleaned on the inside. The batter was sweet and greasy. We couldn't even eat the crabs after cracking them open, seeing and testing the inside. We threw them all in the trash. NEVER coming here again.
First let me say this place “stinks” and the lady at the front has horrible customer service. I ordered $45 worth of food which was only two dinner plates. When I received the food I noticed the breading was too greasy and thick I explained to the lady that I didn’t want the food nicely and she said ohh no no refunds and proceeded to ignore me. She saw another customer come in so she acted as though she looked at the food and then still did not proceed with my refund. I informed her to keep the food and I would contact my bank. The oysters were not cleaned thoroughly. It was a complete waste If negative stars were an option they’d have -8
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience deserves a warning. Today, we tried this seafood spot, and it was honestly terrible. The food was overcooked, had no seasoning whatsoever, and was ridiculously overpriced. My fiancée went back in because they gave her the wrong fish, and instead of correcting it politely, the woman at the counter argued with her about what she “said” she ordered. Completely unprofessional. Between the bland, rubbery food and the rude customer service, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. Please save your money and don’t go here.
